MD – 160mg Golden Teacher Mushroom Capsules

Usage/Information: Recommended regime for systemic microdosing is one capsule every three days, or twice a week. If you take daily there will be a diminished effect. We recommend taking the capsule in the morning or early afternoon. The 160mg dose can sometimes provide some slight psychedelic feelings. This dosage level is intended to provide enhanced mood, positive feelings, reduced anxiety and better sleep patterns.

Storage:  Best stored in a cool, dry place like a cupboard in a sealed container.  Best within six months of purchase.
